BBA Student Plans To Sue Bahria!

A BBA student filed a complaint with the HOD against a senior female faculty member for not letting him use the mens room!!! The case has been forwarded to the Director. The student plans to “SUE” the university if no action is taken!

i agree with the “lota” … we do sympathize with BBA student but i dont think that the teacher should be fired. Though a warning should be given to the teacher!

I wish to know who “BBA student” is for i have the guts to tell the truth with my name that i was the student who became the victim and the X-News admin knows me pretty well. No sleepless nights & Yes i had issues in walking n i went 2 the HOD n d directors office limping to show what happens because of their rigid rules. So “BBA STUDENT” kindly stop pretending to be me. And i respect my fellow studetns i’d always take a STAND for them n NOT Sue them.
And i said i’d sue the university if a RULE was NOT implemented.i specifically told the admin its NOT about the teacher, fact is so many other students become a victim when they have a continuous 3hour class and the teachers do NOT give a single break. So i want a rule to be passed for a break after every hour for those students who have a continuous 3hours class.and if the admin fails to do that then i shall go to the doctor get a medical certificate and file a case accordingly.I have all the respect for the teacher to this day she was just following the rules.Its a failure on the part of the admin.
