X-news! FAST Lahore was able to lift the spirit of participants who were let down by the poor management of LUMS IEEE Branch. Bahria University Islamabad Campus won the scavenger hunt yesterday. There were a total of sixteen teams from LUMS, LSE, FAST and Bahria karachi. Each team was given a list of 40 “strange” items to collect & 10 photographs to take, all in 1 hour. X-news! Bahria University Islamabad Campus bagged another victory today at “Made From Scrap” competition which was one of the core most events here at LUMS IEEE Week 2010! Bahria Team took the third prize and was able to beat one of the top tech teams from UET Lahore, LUMS. The event was suppose to be the “biggest ever” and there was so much hype but it seems that only a handful universities are participating and fewer are interested! The event was scheduled to start at 7: 30 am but started almost 3 hours late!
