A BSE student has submitted a complaint with X-news about the security problem in the Bahria University Islamabad Campus. The student’s wallet been stolen from his car which was parked in the parking lot and was locked! He is of the view that this act has been carried out by a Bahrian as outsiders are not allowed in Bahria premises.
Now the point to ponder is “Does University need more guards to secure Bahria or need to ethically educate its students?”

Bahria University’s student chapter IEEE is opening it’s membership tomorrow for the year 2010. The student body is to steup a desk in front of New Cafe.
Membership of IEEE allows student to access many international forums!

Senior semester students of Earth & Environmental students went on a trip to Kalar Kahar yesterday. This study trip was aimed at studying the environmental impact of salt mines. Students also visited the wind turbines and conducted a study on the wind turbines as an alternative source of energy.

A girl had a “fight” with the library staff today. According to the witnesses, a female student, who was working on a project, wanted to join her chair with the table which was shared by her friends but the “notorious” library staff barred her which resulted in a “big” argument!

A group of ex-Bahrians visited Bahria University Islamabad Campus today. They also visited classes and shared their work experience. Ex-Bahrians guided students on different industrial trend and told the students that if they want to excel in computer sciences then they should focus and master programing skills!
The group was accompanied by the HOD Mr. Jahanzeb Ahmed.

The Rector of Bahria University inspected Islamabad Campus. He also chatted with students and also visited new cafe. Rector was accompanied by the Director of Islamabad Campus and the Deputy Director.
Rector also went to BCSC 4’s Computer Architecture Class. It should be noted that the teacher was announcing the result of mid term exams and the whole class has got “F” grade in this subject!

A boy and a girl were suspended yesterday by the Bahria University Islamabad authorities. Students are suspended because they had a fight in which both parties “exchanged slaps”.

There have been two blasts in the International Islamic University few minutes ago. 20 feard dead. Bahria University Islamabad Campus is closing at 4:15 pm today and will remain close for the next two days.
