Bahria College has announced that it will remain close till Monday, 7th December 2009 because of today’s bomb blast at Zafar Chowk.

Bahria University Islamabad Campus has not issued any notice of closure yet. The University officials have advised the students to be vigilant and to stay out of crowded areas.

Bahria University high authority has approved a “New Dress Code” for the Bahrians and they’ve termed it as “Decent Dressing”. According to the new rules, students will wear “decent” dress or else they wont be allowed to enter the university. Previously at Bahria, wearing shorts, Shilwaar kameez and flipper were not allowed but this time, according to some reports, the ban list also includes Jeans and T-shirts too! Boys and girls wearing jeans and/or T-shirts won’t be allowed to enter! This ban is going to be strongly condemned by the students because most of the students here wear “Jeans & T- Shirts”.

Summer University is finally coming to an end on 30th August ‘09. New semester will commence on 7th September 2009, Monday.
